Since I really didn’t post anything in the month of November, I want to share a Dallas Trends November recap with everyone. I wasn’t as prepared this year for fall, and it really did a number on me the whole month of November, and I’m still feeling it.
I received a lot of beauty products over the past several weeks to try, and have been showcasing them on my Instagram. I’ve created several YouTube videos recently talking about some of these products, if you are interested in learning more. I also plan to break down some of my favorites and compile them into blog posts.
In early November, I was invited to an influencer dinner at Super Chix. I have been there once before, and it is delicious. During the influencer dinner, I got to try so much more of their food and custard. Being from Wisconsin, I have a thing for custard. My new favorite sandwich is their Nashville Hot Chicken, along with the fries with rosemary pepper. You can only find them in the Dallas area, and now in places overseas, such as Dubai.
Sweet Virginia’s sent me some delicious toffee around early November. I love toffee, but I don’t like toffee that is too hard. The Sweet Virginia’s toffee is the best I have tasted, so far. It literally melts in your mouth, but still has that bit of crunchiness we all love. The packages is so perfect and classic. These make amazing gifts!
Towards the end of the month, I received a delivery from Field to Meal. They sent me two, fresh meals to make at home. Field to Meal is a Dallas-area, family farm with organic produce they deliver right to your home. You can choose from different delivery options, such as two or four meals a week for two or four people. Both meals I tried were delicious and very easy to make.
