It’s finally here! I’m so excited to share the details of the Camellia Concepts Pollyanna Magazine Photo Shoot with Pollyanna Magazine and Walston Media. Read on to learn all about it.
Camellia Concepts is a photography/videography venue in Argyle, TX. They focus on fashion, and themed concept shoots. Dallas photographers, models, boutique owners, designers, publishers, bloggers, etc can utilize this space for collaboration.
If you didn’t catch it, already, I participated in the Camellia Concepts boho shoot about a month or so ago. This was their second event. I’m excited to share more about their third event, “Sweet is the Cure.”
For their second event, the themes included retro plaid and French bull dogs, Ukrainian dolls and exotic animals, along with day and night mermaids. It was a lot to get through, but so worth it. All of the models were able to pay for whichever shoots they were interested in.
Some of the exotic animals included a lemur, coatimundi, serval, toucan, wallaby, and a sloth. I was fortunate to shoot with the lemur and serval. That sloth was just a sweet baby, also.
I was able to bring my own photographer and makeup artist, Kristianna Davied. She did a fantastic job capturing just what I was looking for. I’m excited to have her with me in the future. I died laughing when they put the stocking over my head to make scales.
Since it was such a long day, I left before the night mermaid shoot. The pictures are so beautiful. Some of those girls worked hard all day until the end.
A few of the photos from the shoot were up for publication in Pollyanna Magazine. I loved meeting Chelsea from Walston Media. The photos she took look so lovely!
